  Lead site-wide events like BBQs, celebrations, and education groups to foster a sense of belonging at Valley Vista.

Full‑Time | Monday - Friday |

Shifts:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $22.52/hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medi‑Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification (CalMHSA) must be obtained prior to hire and maintained throughout employment
• One (1) year or part‑time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges
• Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care
• Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment Training.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

• Nine Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off:
  Eligible employees (20+ hours/week) earn PTO each pay period for vacation and personal needs, with pro‑rated accrual for part‑time schedules and annual carryover up to set caps.
