Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year, to provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.

• Evaluate, treat, and develop therapy plans to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Document services accurately, manage billing and regulatory compliance, and communicate patient progress effectively.
• Supervise clinical staff, contribute to professional development, and participate in team and family conferences.
• Maintain safety standards, promote a positive facility culture, and stay current with clinical knowledge through continuing education.
• Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, CPR certification (if required), and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. The role involves direct patient care and documentation, with pay ranging from $65-$75/hour and benefits including health insurance.
