Medical Social Worker
Pay Range: $39.95 - $50.70
Job RequirementsEducation:
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
License:
Valid California driver’s license with an insured vehicle and ability to travel within San Diego County.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in managed care, case management, utilization review, discharge planning, or transitional/acute care settings.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage high workloads, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with data entry/reporting and EHR systems (Epic preferred), and ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a team environment.
