Join a dedicated team supporting students aged 5–22 with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges in a non-public school setting.
Position: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) with a salary of $100,000–$120,000/year.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 5–15 students, providing assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement communication goals.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments and coordinate with families and staff.
- Support communication needs through individual and group therapy, including augmentative systems.
- Valid California SLP license, Masters, PhD, or equivalent.
- Experience with children with disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, or behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication skills; experience with augmentative communication preferred.
- Willingness to handle crisis situations and work flexibly with students' needs.
