We are seeking a hybrid Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, supporting growth and providing flexible scheduling with remote options.

Responsibilities- Conduct speech and language evaluations using formal and informal measures.
- Develop and execute evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Supervise up to 3 SLPAs and 1 SLP‑CF in compliance with CA standards.
- Assess treatment effectiveness, educate families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Complete documentation promptly and meet utilization goals.
- Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology and CA licensure with CCCs from ASHA.
- Experience with diverse populations and disorders, including pediatric and adult clients.
- Willingness to supervise, conduct evaluations and treatments both in‑person and via telehealth, and work flexibly in a collaborative environment.
Salary range: $105,000-$120,000.
