Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
Location: Bonsall, CA (North County San Diego)
Work Type: PRN / Part-Time (2–3 days/week)
- Also open to FT Lite (32 hrs/week) or Full-Time
Compensation: $60–$75/hr + paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement
A well-established, mission-driven home health provider is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients across North San Diego County. This role offers true schedule autonomy, clustered visits, and weekday-only flexibility, making it an excellent alternative to school-based or facility roles.
Home health experience is not required — the team is focused on finding a licensed SLP who can support this high-need territory.

- Provide one-on-one speech therapy in patients’ homes
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document visits in the home health EMR
- Participate in case conferences and team collaboration as needed
- 1+ years of experience
- Active California SLP license
- CCC-SLP (ASHA)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)
- Experience with adult or geriatric patients
- Home health experience NOT required
- New grads welcome
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekday scheduling
