The Accounting Generalist assists with general bookkeeping responsibilities. Ensures all financial transactions within the company are accounted for and follow legal standards. Creates business invoices and requests payments for services rendered. purchases and expenses of the property. Accounts Receivable focus with other duties assigned.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector who thrives on creating experiences and problem-solving. This role as Accounting Generalist requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.

Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information

• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet timely obligations with many clients
• Knowledge of accounting processes and advanced mathematical skills
• Skilled using various accounting software and experience in troubleshooting common accounting program problems
• Personal integrity when working with personal and sensitive financial information
• Hospitality PMS/POS system knowledge
• Accounts Receivable background preferred
  
  Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs

Experience with in a hotel/resort environment
