Position: Premium Services Supervisor

Delaware North Sport service is hiring a seasonal Premium Services Supervisor to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. Pay

$25.00 – $35.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Lead pre‑shift meetings, review daily notes, receive keys, and verify deliveries, requisitions, and equipment readiness
  • Review event expectations, assign side work, and confirm Alcohol Acknowledgment compliance
  • Monitor team member attendance, breaks, and performance while assisting during peak periods with food running, bussing, and guest engagement
  • Perform table touches, resolve guest complaints, de‑escalate issues, and make judgment calls on comps and voids in alignment with policy
  • Relay urgent operational issues to management, communicate incident and team member updates, and complete accurate end‑of‑day reports
  • Ensure proper tab closure, completion of side work, securing of liquor cages, and preparation of locations for the next event
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic reporting
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required
Physical requirements
  • Standing and walking for entire length of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
