Company OverviewPerspire Sauna Studio is the original Infrared Sauna Studio, founded in Orange County, California and rapidly expanding nationwide. We combine infrared sauna, red light therapy, and contrast therapy inside private luxury suites to create a premium wellness experience. Position OverviewWe are hiring a Studio Assistant who takes pride in creating a five-star environment. This is a hospitality-forward role — think upscale spa concierge or boutique hotel front desk energy. You’ll ensure that every guest feels welcomed the moment they walk through the door. This role supports our Sales Associates, assists with tours, and has the opportunity to earn commission through guest engagement and referrals.

- Promptly reset and refresh private sauna suites between sessions to maintain pristine standards
- Maintain towel inventory, create towel bundles, and oversee cold towel process
- Ensure the studio always feels clean, calm, and ready
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Provide guided studio tours to prospective members
- Support Sales Associates with front desk operations and light sales support
- Assist with back-of-house organization and inventory management
- Help drive membership awareness through confident guest engagement
- Hospitality mindset — warm, polished, and service-driven
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented
- Confident speaking with new guests
- Takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces
- Team player with strong reliability and attendance history
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Customer service experience preferred (spa, hotel, fitness, restaurant, etc.)
20-25 hours per week. Primarily working nights on weekdays and afternoons on weekends.
