We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and service‑driven Front Desk Host to join our team in the heart of San Diego’s iconic Gaslamp District. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire stay—creating a welcoming, personalized, and memorable experience that reflects the spirit of our lifestyle hotel.

- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver personalized recommendations on local dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems throughout the Gaslamp Quarter
- Maintain a polished, inviting lobby atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s brand and culture
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times
- Support the overall guest journey by anticipating needs and going above and beyond whenever possible
The hourly rate for this position is $23.81.

- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
