The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage serves as the strategic operational partner to the Director of Food & Beverage and is being developed as a future Food & Beverage executive leader within Town and Country Resort and Coral Tree Hospitality. This role blends hands‑on operational leadership with executive development, preparing the individual to lead a large‑scale, multi‑outlet resort Food & Beverage division.
The Assistant Director helps drive financial performance, operational excellence, leadership development, and innovative programming across all restaurant, bar, banquet, and experiential venues. This position is designed for a leader ready to transition from operational management into enterprise‑level leadership. - Provide daily strategic oversight of all Food & Beverage outlets including:
- Restaurants & Bars
- Banquets & Catering
- Pool & Resort Activations
- Lounges and Pop-Up Concepts
- Serve as acting Director of Food & Beverage in the Director’s absences.
- Drive operational alignment between culinary, beverage, service, banquets, stewarding, and purchasing teams.
- Maintain strong floor presence during peak periods to support leaders and reinforce standards.
- Partner in building annual business plans, budgets, and long‑term F&B strategy.
- 7+ years progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
- Multi‑outlet hotel or resort leadership experience required.
- Experience managing restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
- Demonstrated success developing leaders.
- Proven ability to impact financial performance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Extended periods standing and walking throughout resort operations.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
