Town and Country Resort is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Public Areas Attendant to help keep our resort’s shared spaces sparkling and inviting. From shining lobbies and bustling hallways to relaxing lounges and restrooms, your work helps create the first and last impression every guest remembers. By keeping our spaces spotless and inviting, you’ll help deliver the warm, vibrant hospitality that makes every Town and Country stay feel special!
Full-Time: Shifts hours between 6am - 1am
. Pay Rate:$20.85

Responsibilities- Keep our public spaces — from beautiful lobbies and hallways to restrooms and outdoor areas — spotless, fresh, and inviting throughout the day.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain the bright, polished look Town and Country is known for.
- Restock public area supplies like towels, tissues, and amenities so every guest has what they need, when they need it.
- Greet and assist guests with a warm attitude and friendly professionalism that reflects our San Diego hospitality.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to keep all areas clean and welcoming.
- Report any maintenance, safety, or repair issues right away to ensure our spaces always look their best.
- Keep service closets organized and well-supplied to make each shift smooth and efficient.
- Step in to support special events or busy periods to ensure the resort always shines, no matter the occasion.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to protect guests and team members alike.
- Uphold professional grooming and uniform standards while representing Town and Country with pride and positivity.
- Experience:Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred — but we’ll train the right person with a great attitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge:Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques, tools, and safe chemical handling practices.
- Strengths:Dependable, proactive, and enthusiastic about creating a spotless and welcoming environment. Must enjoy working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift.
- Flexibility:Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is important to support our resort’s dynamic daily operations.
- Language: Ability to understand, speak, read, and write basic English.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull (trash bags, cleaning carts, supplies).
- Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and use of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors across the resort property.
