Lux/Towers is a premier luxury residential property committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience. Our operation runs daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence in service, professionalism, and presentation.
We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and service-driven Ambassador who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude, strong presence, and the ability to be fully engaged while performing daily operational duties. As the first and lasting impression of the property, the Ambassador plays a key role in maintaining our elevated service standards.
Position OverviewThe Ambassador serves as the welcoming face of the property, ensuring residents, guests, and vendors always receive luxury-level customer experience. This position requires confidence, attentiveness, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are asked.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a doorman/doorperson and create a warm, professional first impression
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Greet residents and guests with enthusiasm and attentiveness
- Assist with daily operational support and property needs
- Crosstrain and provide coverage support at additional assigned properties
- Maintain strong awareness of property activity to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and site specific protocols
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance always
- A naturally outgoing and extroverted personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous hospitality, concierge, luxury residential, or customer service experience preferred
