Hotel Operations Supervisor

Marriott is seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily front desk, housekeeping, and guest service operations in our Hospitality & Travel department. In this on-site leadership role, you will supervise and schedule associates, coordinate room readiness with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure every guest receives warm, professional service aligned with Marriott standards. You will monitor occupancy and revenue reports, support budgeting, and drive service recovery when issues arise.
