We’re hiring an HR Manager for a growing hospitality organization in San Diego (100% on‑site). You’ll oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance (including California labor law), and training across hotel properties.

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience (hospitality required)
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws
• Experience managing employee relations and compliance matters
• Paycom experience required
