We’re expanding our US presence and looking for ambitious Senior / Principal Consultants to be part of our brand‑new San Diego office
. Based in the city, this is your chance to build and own your market in one of the fastest‑growing life sciences hubs in the world.

This is a 360, client‑facing role where you’ll develop your own client base, nurture candidate relationships, and drive your market to success.

• Build and grow your own specialist Life Sciences market.
• Win new business, manage client partnerships and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
• Resourcing, headhunting and market mapping via Linked In Recruiter and life sciences‑specific platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment process — sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Organize interviews, gather feedback, and offer expert, consultative guidance to both clients and candidates.
• Keep our ATS (Bullhorn) up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Build long‑lasting, impactful relationships across your network.

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a solid track record of strong billings.
• Confident business developer with the ability to win and grow client accounts.
• A passion for the Life Sciences industry – or a real desire to immerse yourself in it.
• Relationship builder, problem solver, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance culture.
