Lead Payroll Manager - Workday & Compliance

A financial services company in San Diego is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and oversee the full payroll cycle. This individual will supervise the Payroll Specialist, maintain accurate payroll records, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HCM, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-5 years of payroll experience are required.

The compensation is between $85,000 and $95,000 annually.
