Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Compensation: $140K–$180K base + 20–25% bonus
A globally connected industrial organization is seeking a hands‑on Director of HR to lead North America (U.S. + Mexico) people strategy. This role reports to the CFO and partners closely with global HR leadership in Europe.
This opportunity is well suited for an HR leader who operates comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels — building trusted executive relationships, guiding workforce planning and organizational development, and sustaining a flexible, high‑trust culture during growth.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, org design, and talent development
- Lead and develop a small U.S. HR team while partnering with Mexico HR leadership
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and recruiting strategy
- Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Align North American HR initiatives with global priorities
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience supporting multi-site operations with both hourly and professional work forces
- Strong executive partnership skills and presence
- Comfort operating in a hands‑on role within a growing organization
- Manufacturing or operational environment exposure preferred
Travel includes periodic regional visits (Southern California + Mexico) and occasional international travel (~2x/year).
This role is approximately 75% hands‑on today, with increasing strategic scope as the organization scales.
