How to Prepare for the Recruiting Process -
Our client is hiring an HR & Recruitment Support Assistant to help streamline their internal hiring and HR operations as the firm continues to grow. The HR Director and Head of Recruitment have been managing a large volume of administrative tasks—from scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines to coordinating reports and communications—which has limited their ability to focus on strategic initiatives.
This role will step in as the organizational backbone of the recruiting process, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the pipeline while helping the team improve systems, documentation, and automation. If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving environments and supporting people-focused teams, this is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful career in HR and recruitment.
✅ Qualifications- 🌟 Strong Administrative Background – Experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support roles.
- 📋 ATS Experience Preferred – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is highly valuable.
- 💻 Microsoft Office Proficiency (Required) – Strong skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

- Enter candidate information, resumes, and application details into the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Keep candidate records, interview notes, and hiring statuses accurate and updated throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain structured candidate pipelines and ensure all recruiting data is organized and accessible.
- Support tracking of candidates across multiple open roles and hiring stages.
- Interview & Calendar Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
