• Providing IA‑SME evaluations involving COMSEC and CMS for ATDL systems
• Supporting NIWC Pacific Tactical Data Link (TDL) project

• Ten years of experience in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test & Evaluation or Assessment & Authorization (A&A) in the last 15 years
• Assisting or developing system security policy and ensuring compliance of change management and configuration control processes
• Planning and coordinating IT security programs and policies supporting the command leadership and mission goals
• Experience in all phases of Information Assurance (IA) evaluations involving Communications Security (COMSEC) and Cryptologic Material Systems (CMS) for ATDL systems and training for COMSEC ATDL military systems
• Securing data unit design, integration, and testing
• Modernizing cryptographic policy administration and implementation;
  Cryptographic keying materials and keys
• Performing security verification testing and platform Cybersecurity and TEMPEST testing

• Ten (10) years of experience in the management and issuance of keymat to operational, test, and allied communities; acting as the alternate ATDL Keymat Controlling Authority (CONAUTH)
• Experience in US Naval Fleet technical data calls, working groups, and action items related to the initial implementation of ATDL cryptographic components

SRC is a contractor for the U.S. Government; this position will require U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI level.
