Senior Manager, Global Finance Systems

This is a key managerial role within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization, responsible for delivering the vision for Res Med’s financial systems. The role acts as a strategic linkage between global finance functions and GTS at the Product Owner and business unit level, providing high‑value consulting and guidance across major initiatives. Finance applications are delivered as products in an Agile environment.

This role leads a Finance Squad responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting finance products throughout their lifecycle.

** Qualifications and Experience
** 12+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience 18+ years of experience in financial application support and development Experience implementing Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, CE, FA) Strong knowledge of financial systems and business processes Experience working in multinational organizations Experience documenting workflows using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Draw.io Knowledge of accounting conventions and local legislative requirements Oracle Fusion experience EBS (R12) to Fusion migration experience Previous supervisory or people leadership experience

Experience with Oracle EPM
