We are building an API-native, ERP-embedded global payments network that enables enterprises to move money instantly, compliantly, and at scale using stable coins and on-chain settlement rails. As Principal Product Manager – Digital Assets, you will own the core product strategy and execution for our stablecoin-based payment infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of blockchain technology, enterprise finance, payments, compliance, and developer platforms, shaping how global businesses adopt digital assets inside their existing ERP workflows.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence over company strategy, external partnerships, and the long-term evolution of programmable money in enterprise systems. You’ll be shaping the future of enterprise money movement, where programmable, instant, and borderless payments become a native part of business operations—not a separate system. You will help large enterprises adopt next-generation payment infrastructure safely and pragmatically - unlocking the benefits of stable coins while maintaining the trust, controls, and reliability enterprises demand.

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision for stablecoin-powered global payments embedded directly into ERPs (e.g. how enterprises can operate in hybrid fiat + digital assets environments & align our roadmap with enterprise priorities: risk reduction, cost predictability, auditability, and uptime)
• Establish the north star architecture for an API-first, on-chain settlement network serving multinational enterprises
• Identify new product opportunities across:
  • Stablecoin issuance & settlement
  • On-/off-ramps and liquidity orchestration
  • Cross-border treasury flows
  • Programmable payments and smart-contract-based automation
• Design primitives for:
  • Stablecoin payments, custody, and settlement finality
  • Wallet abstraction and key management
  • Compliance-aware transaction flows
• Lead product design for stablecoin-native ERP experiences, including:
  • AP/AR automation
  • Real-time reconciliation and reporting
  • Treasury and cash-management workflows
  • Partner closely with integration teams to ensure seamless embedding into enterprise finance stacks
  • Serve as a product leader with partners such as stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks and infrastructure providers, banks, custodians, and liquidity partners
  • Evaluate new chains, standards, and protocols for enterprise readiness

• Product decisions are driven by customer problems, not heavy process

• Enterprises sending and receiving stablecoin payments globally from within their ERP with minimal friction
• Embedded stablecoin rails delivering measurable improvements in speed, cost, and liquidity efficiency
• Developing an ERP-embedded hybrid settlement layer for enterprise cross-border payments that is seamlessly interoperable across fiat and stablecoin rails
• Enterprises adopting stablecoin settlement without disrupting existing finance operations

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, with senior or principal-level ownership
• Deep experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or ERP-adjacent products
• Strong understanding of:
  • Stable coins (USDC, USDT, etc.)
  • On-chain settlement vs traditional rails (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS)
