Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and orchestrate digital experience initiatives across our web properties and platforms. This isn't a typical PM role managing tasks, it's a high-visibility position at the center of Qualcomm's digital ecosystem, where you'll be an essential connection between designers, engineers, technical stakeholders, and content publishers delivering world-class digital experiences.

You’ll serve as the central hub for some of Qualcomm’s most strategic digital initiatives—the projects that shape how millions of customers, partners, and developers experience our brand and technology. This role demands someone who can speak the language of designers discussing user flows, developers architecting technical solutions, business leaders evaluating business impact, and content teams publishing r ability to translate between these worlds while keeping complex, fast-moving projects on track will be critical to your success.

As the Program Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator who ensures digital experience initiatives flow smoothly from concept to launch. You’ll own the process, timelines, tools, and alignment that turn ambitious ideas into delivered products.

• Own end-to-end project timelines for digital experience initiatives, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within scope
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams including designers, developers, technical stakeholders, and web content publishers
• Serve as the primary point of contact and connection for all web projects across the organization
• Track and manage projects through Adobe Workfront, and Jira, maintaining accurate project status, documentation and reporting.

• Lead teams using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and methodologies
• Work alongside IT partners to facilitate sprint planning, execution, and delivery within agile workflows
• Conduct stand‑ups to ensure alignment and remove blockers
• Organize and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team growth

• Create and maintain executive-level dashboards providing visibility into project status, team performance, and key metrics
• Track and report on team velocity and productivity metrics
• Hold teams accountable to commitments and delivery timelines while maintaining positive relationships
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and data‑driven insights
