Senior Network Engineer

Overview

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery, lead a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations, audits, and training initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
• Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and operations.

• Clear Pass
• BGP
• VXLAN
• F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM)
• Infoblox DDI
• VMware NSX-T
• Proven track record in managing network operations and leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in the same technologies listed above.
• Experience in enterprise-scale network environments.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Aruba, Juniper, F5, Cisco, VMware) are a plus.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
