Position SummaryOur client is seeking a junior-level Data Manager to support clinical studies across the full data management lifecycle. This role will work closely with the Lead Data Manager to ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable clinical data. The ideal individual for this role will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable handling hands-on data management activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Lead Data Manager with ongoing data review, cleaning, and quality control activities
- Proactively identify data issues and contribute to maintaining overall data quality and integrity
- Issue, track, and resolve data queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with database migrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), data transfers, and database lock activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data deliverables
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management within a small to mid-sized pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Recent, hands-on experience supporting a Lead Data Manager, including activities such as data query management, database migrations, UAT, data transfers, and database lock
- Experience with Veeva EDC preferred
- Oncology experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
