Siebel Production Support Specialist

This role supports a 12-month production support engagement for an enterprise Siebel CRM environment integrated with Oracle CCB and web platforms via SOA-based web services, including integration with Drupal. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise, hands‑on production support experience, and close coordination with global offshore teams.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on Siebel CRM experience in production support roles
• Strong techno-functional expertise across core Siebel modules listed above
• Proven experience supporting Siebel production environments
• Experience troubleshooting Siebel integrations using SOA / web services
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution
• Experience working with global/offshore delivery teams
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours

• Experience in utilities or regulated industry environments
• Prior exposure to Oracle CCB integrations
• Experience supporting marketing or customer communication workflows

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm and effective during production incidents
• Detail‑oriented with strong root‑cause analysis mindset
• Self‑driven and comfortable operating in a 24x7 support model with offshore teams
