For 30 years, we have been at frontier of precision diagnostics, and we’re just getting started! We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager, to lead and execute all digital global marketing initiatives to build awareness and represent the company’s products and services. S/he will drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate customer engagement.

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in promoting our products and services across multiple digital platforms to a scientific and technical audience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO‑driven content with a focus on digital advertisements and social media.
  • Monitor and improve site performance, organic traffic, and lead generation through on‑page/off‑page SEO and analytics tools.
  • Manage end‑to‑end digital campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, paid social media, and display advertising, to maximize leads.
  • Manage the company’s website, including any contracted services, to keep the website current, impactful, elegant and easy to navigate by applying the best practices for web design in combination with creative digital content.
  • Oversee website redesigns and ongoing improvements to ensure an exceptional user experience (UX) and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Develop clear, actionable performance reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Use data‑driven insights to analyze KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing workflows and segmentation.
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a creative discipline, and typically 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing. A strong preference for experience in healthcare or life science industries.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo).
  • Hands‑on experience with Word Press, HTML, and CSS to ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience enhancements.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Google Ads.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
