Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Intuit Virtual Expert Platform design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technology that powers expert and customer platform capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complexity and has a strong ability to craft critical moments through intuitive, user‑friendly design solutions that scale.
You will be part of a larger design organization that champions innovative solutions and helps influence industry standards, while bridging the gap between sales, customer success, and expert services. You will collaborate closely with a cross‑functional team of product managers, data analysts, and product engineers to drive roadmap decisions and priorities grounded in the voice of customers and experts.

Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end platform workflows
Help lead the design of complex workflows for our expert network. You will leverage in-depth research on platform solutions to identify and solve critical pain points, ensuring a cohesive and positive user experience from discovery through delivery.
- Innovate with AI
Design and champion solutions that seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to address core challenges in sales processes. You will create AI‑driven tools and workflows that standardize activities, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Design a unified seller experience
Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to create a connected and consistent experience across all expert tools. Your primary goal will be to ensure experts and customers have the right information at the right time, presented clearly and intuitively.
- Execute with craft
Deliver high‑quality design solutions through rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iteration. You will create journey maps, wireframes, interaction models, and user interfaces that bring ideas to life.
- Leverage data
Use insights from analytics and user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs and aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Champion design
Serve as a leader and advocate for user‑centered design by promoting collaboration and continuous improvement through compelling storytelling and effective stakeholder communication.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, visual design, interaction design, or UX design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex, technology‑driven solutions and the ability to simplify them into intuitive, elegant user experiences
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human‑computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven success leading design projects from planning and scoping through execution in close partnership with cross‑functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Expertise in applying user‑centered design processes and systems thinking across web and mobile platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design strategy and rationale through envisioning and storytelling
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and envision innovative solutions
- Experience designing enterprise software, B2B products, or internal tools, preferably within sales or SaaS environments
- Experience designing enterprise‑level platform solutions or products that integrate with platform ecosystems
- Familiarity with enterprise design systems
- Experience designing AI‑powered features or data‑intensive applications

Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area: $149,000- $201,500
