The C2P System Integration Analyst is responsible for providing direct support to the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific in the execution of integration planning, execution, and validation across diverse software platforms, hardware configurations and technical support for both C2P/CDLMS baselines and associated host combat system integrations across lab and fleet. This includes planning, executing, and documenting software deliveries, configuration changes and quality assurance activities for both legacy and tech-refresh systems.

Job Duties
- Perform integration planning, execution, and validation across diverse software platforms and hardware configurations.
- Develop integration strategies and detailed schedules, aligning tasks with overall program timelines.
- Perform risk assessments and mitigation plans to guarantee successful integration support.
- Manage end‑to‑end installation, configuration, and qualification of mission‑critical applications for both external customers and internal users.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, QA, systems engineering, logistics) to achieve schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
- Serve as the customer liaison for integration activities, troubleshooting, and installation support.
- Apply strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis techniques to resolve issues quickly.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to maintain seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Exhibit a keen aptitude for resources, timeline, and deliverable coordination, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
- Provide technical support via phone and e‑mail, using systematic troubleshooting to diagnose problems, implement fixes, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Partner closely with shipboard and hardware groups to confirm proper installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of C2P hardware and software, ensuring full system integrity.
- Identify, research, and analyze recurring issues, delivering feedback and recommendations that improve system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and create documentation, updating existing materials for system, software, or process changes and authoring new content (SOVTs, trip reports, user manuals, guides, tutorials).
- Ensure all software artifacts are correctly version‑controlled and stored in approved repositories, and enforce change‑control procedures throughout the lifecycle.
- Assist with status report meetings as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule C2P software deliveries in alignment with Fielding Plans, emergent tasks, and CASREP requirements.
- Update C2P Site File Hull Unique Parameters (HUP) by implementing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) tailored to specific host combat systems.
- Collaborate with C2P engineers to develop platform files for newly introduced host combat systems.
- More than five years of experience and possess a deep understanding of:
- Configuration baselines and version control.
- Configuration control boards and change review processes.
- Risk assessment related to configuration changes.
- Research and Analysis, to reach a defensible conclusion.
- Data Presentation.
- Computer-based business tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- DoD Security Procedures.
- System design, architectures, software quality assurance, testing, validation, analysis and reporting.
- Experience with US Navy Combat Systems in at least one aspect (i.e., design, development, integration, operation, test, analysis, etc.), desired.
- BS in STEM field - Required

Pay Range$ to $ annually, DOE
U.S. Citizenship U.S. Citizenship is Required Security ClearanceCandidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
