Title:
IT Field Operations Specialist Support
Location: San Diego, CA
Position Type: Contract
Compensation: Pay Range: $21.07 - $30.10 Per HR
Job DescriptionThis position involves supporting outpatient radiology imaging centers in the San Diego area. The role requires providing IT support for various systems and equipment on a contract basis. Candidates should have experience with a range of technologies and must be able to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
- Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the designated area.
- Visit sites to identify and resolve IT issues and assist with equipment installation and configuration.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of supported equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors to escalate and resolve network and telecom issues.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
- Strong Operational And Analytical Skills With Excellent Communication Abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
- Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
- Ability to travel to various sites as needed with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
