A leading professional services firm is looking to hire an IT Trainer to join their technology team and elevate how end users engage with digital tools and platforms. You'll lead training efforts and serve as a key advocate for the user community, shaping the adoption and usability of systems across the organization.

Experience needed:

• 3+ years of experience in IT training, ideally in a professional services or legal environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS
• Familiarity with tools like iManage, LMS platforms, and legal tech (preferred)
• Ability to quickly learn and teach new applications
• Experience designing and delivering both in-person and digital training
• Background in user research, change management, or tech adoption is a plus

What you will do:

• Deliver onboarding and on-demand training for software, systems, and new tech initiatives
• Create eLearning modules, user guides, and knowledge base content
• Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to enhance user experience
• Work cross-functionally with IT and support teams to improve systems based on feedback
• Support change management efforts for technology rollouts and upgrades
• Build trust and rapport with users, becoming a go-to resource for training and guidance
• Provide occasional Help Desk and escalation support for applications
