Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Department of the Navy and Department of Defense programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, contract oversight, technical team leadership, and cost/schedule management. This role supports complex Navy C6
ISR, engineering, test, IV&V, and sustainment efforts. The salary for this position is between $130,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Lead and manage program activities across Navy and DoD initiatives.
- Oversee contract performance, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Manage technical teams and coordinate daily project operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, financial updates, and program documentation.
- Manage multiple Technical Instructions (TIs) and tasking priorities.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Support shipboard and shore-based installation programs within C6
ISR mission areas. - Coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership in planning, execution, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or an Engineering discipline
- 15+ years of full-time professional experience in project management
- Contract management with the Department of the Navy and/or Department of Defense
- Managing technical teams, including cost estimating, scheduling, and reporting across complex, multi disciplinary technical efforts
- Developing cost estimates for Level of Effort (LOE), scope, and requirements
- Managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs)
- Completing projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Preparing status reports, budget reports, and program documentation
- Supporting U.S. Navy shipboard and shore-based programs in C6
ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Defense & Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) - Managing subcontractors
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Technical experience leading and performing development testing and operational testing on C2 mission applications
- Experience supporting NIWC PAC, NAVWAR, or other Navy programs
- PMP or DAWIA certification
- ITIL Certification
- Hands-on support experience in systems development, sustainment, test, or IV&V
