We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Tech Specialist to support technical operations, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure seamless technology performance across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and cloud-based systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements
- Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and resolutions
- Support cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Must reside in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT systems, or related role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, or similar
- Experience with automation or scripting (Power Shell, Python, Bash)
- Background in cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting SaaS environments
- 100% Remote
- Standard U.S. business hours (time zone flexibility may be required)
