We are looking for a creative and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and user experience of our products.

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products. As a UX/UI Designer at Skillers Zone LLC, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working closely with developers to ensure the design is executed flawlessly. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of user experience principles.

$104,000 - $135,000 a year

• User Research:
  Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
• Wire framing & Prototyping:
  Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• UI Design:
  Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
• User Testing & Feedback:
  Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure that designs meet business goals and user needs.
• Responsive Design:
  Design with responsiveness in mind, ensuring that applications are optimized for different devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
• Design Systems:
  Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all user interfaces and platforms.
• Stay Current:
  Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve design quality and user experience.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure that all designs adhere to Skillers Zone’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design handoff to development teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• A good understanding of accessibility standards and creating inclusive designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
