About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Project Implementation efforts r primary mission is to ensure that complex software initiatives move from concept to launch with precision. Unlike a Product Manager, your focus is not on the "why" or the feature roadmap, but on the delivery, communication, and task orchestration required to keep our engineering teams on schedule and our stakeholders informed.

This role focus is on translating strategic vision into measurable value and sustainable growth through superior project governance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution of mission-critical software solutions, meeting aggressive timelines through meticulous task management.
• Communication Command: Serve as the primary liaison between, clients, technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring 100% alignment on tactical direction and project health.
• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify "blockers" across multiple workstreamsand implement mitigation plans before they impact the critical path.
• Operational Reporting: Deliver data-driven status updates and success metrics that emphasize trackable value and project velocity.
• Process Governance: Implement and govern Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions to manage a matrixed pool of resources and increase timeline accuracy.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical Logistics Expert: You have a proven background in managing the "nuts and bolts" of software development, including ticketing systems, game/product launch checklists, and platform migrations.
• Master of Methodology: Expert in SAFe (Scaled Agile), Scrum, and PMP standards, with a track record of doubling team delivery speed through process refinement.
• Mission-Critical SaaS Experience: Proven track record working directly for an Enterprise SaaS Vendor delivering foundational, line-of-business SaaS solutions (agency or internal IT experience is not a fit).
• Platform Rigor: Strong operational grasp of the complexities, reliability, and scale required to build enterprise software that drives core client operations.
• SaaS/Platform Veteran: Experience managing the delivery of complex systems such asweb services, and API data feeds.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP): Mandatory certification for this role.
• Certified SAFe Agilist: To manage delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics or Technical field preferred) and an MBA to handle complex strategy and financial reporting.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
