Our team is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of leading product development from ideation to successful launch. The ideal candidate will deliver impactful product innovations by defining a big vision and driving the end-to-end product experience, ensuring its meets customer needs and achieves business objectives. Utilizing a data-driven approach, this role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to innovate and elevate the Academy platform.

• Drive the product working team for the company's Academy website, providing product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements and defining product end state.
• Lead product design and development through all phases, including scoping, research, analysis, design, development, and launch, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to develop and innovate on the company's Academy.
• Design secure and scalable solutions for student data privacy in collaboration with data architects, privacy, security, and engineers.
• Define success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plan, progress, and success through a data-driven approach.

• Proven experience in product management roles, delivering world-class products.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, and architectures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Experience in educational technology or related fields is highly beneficial.
