IT Product Manager III

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Product Manager III in San Diego, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven track record of success in leading product development from ideation to launch;
  Defining and prioritizing roadmap based on ongoing feedback that delivers for the customer (learners)
• Drive the end-to-end product experience with a problem solver mindset from product creation, development to distribution and shipping of the product, ensuring successful outcomes
• Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering an impactful business result
• Drive product working team for the client's Academy website, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer (learner) requirements, understanding business goals, define product end state
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap, managing dependencies, while working closely with the client's Academy team leads
• Lead product, design, and development through the design lifecycle including scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch;
  Provide clear timelines through all phases, communicate with key partners, and select appropriate measurement for successful implementation
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to develop and innovate on the client's Academy
• Collaborate with data architects, privacy, security, and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions for student data privacy while ensuring a frictionless end-user experience

• Undergraduate degree required;
  Focused in Computer Science or related preferred; MBA is a plus;
  Equivalent experience will be considered
• 5-7+ years in product management, designing and delivering world‑class products in a Product Management role
• Experience in defining big vision and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products (such as gamification, Web3D, etc.)
• Experience with building and leading a high performing team, preferred
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, and architectures
• Experience working in Agile development environments and managing platform dependencies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
  Ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level collaborative working style

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
