Technical Support Tech III
Location: San Diego, CA
Contract: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $26/hr.
We are seeking a Technical Support Tech III to provide hands‑on support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. This role is ideal for someone who follows established procedures, works under supervision, and has strong problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Identify, research, and resolve hardware, software, and system problems.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform tasks efficiently.
- Work under immediate supervision with guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Knowledge of commonly used technical support concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous technical support or helpdesk experience.
- Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in technical support or a related area.
