On our team, you’ll coach a team to their highest performance level while ensuring the project is successfully delivered to customer expectations. You’ll ensure Agile principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Service Now, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team focus on the accomplishment of sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations.

• 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in hardware acquisition programs
• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
