Job Overview
Information Technology Project Analyst (Mid Level) – supporting Navy mission‑critical IT initiatives.
Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and support functional Navy mailboxes for account access requests.
- Assist with application support, troubleshoot account issues, and refer users to appropriate command representatives.
- Escalate priority issues and consolidate daily requests to maintain program efficiency.
- Collect and translate client IT requirements into detailed project plans and milestones.
- Translate large program goals into well‑designed project plans and assist clients in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with program management, engineering, science, and operations research teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- 3+ years of experience supporting a DoD Program Management Office with project management, engineering, science management, data science, operations research, or financial and cost analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams for collaboration.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and work cooperatively as a team member.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Shift work availability.
- Secret clearance.
- Education requirements:
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of program‑management experience or Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience. - Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, IT help desk, Navy experience, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Projected annual range: $55,300.00 to $ (USD), based on location, qualifications, and contractual requirements.
