Summary HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Warfare (EMW) Product Trainer to support Surface Combat Systems Training Command Detachment, Southwest (SCSTC Det SW). In this role, you will serve as an EMW subject matter expert providing advanced classroom, laboratory, and shipboard instruction to U.S. Navy sailors who operate and maintain shipboard EMW systems.
Your expertise will directly enhance fleet operational readiness by guiding operators and technicians in tactical and operational employment, system configuration, troubleshooting, and mission execution. You will instruct on systems including the Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT) and the AN/SLQ‑32(V) family, while supporting embedded training environments such as BEWT, SEWTT, ACTS, BFTT, and ATD. This position also serves as a resource within the training team, providing mentorship to junior instructors and ensuring all training aligns with fleet tactical requirements and Navy training standards.
