Dev Ops Engineer, Senior
Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud”, but not everyone knows how. As a Dev Ops engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to help us develop container management software to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.
As a lead automation engineer supporting mission‑critical naval platforms, you will apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to deliver reliable and scalable automation solutions. In this role, you will guide automation strategy, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a technical lead for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Dev Sec Ops maturity efforts. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and maintain automation capabilities leveraging Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to ensure stable, secure, and efficient deployment pipelines supporting mission‑for‑war naval programs.
You’ll work with your team to recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you’ll gain Dev Ops skills and experience while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.

You Have:
- 6+ years of experience supporting DoD or government agencies
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving automation issues
- 3+ years of experience developing tools and processes to automate CI/CD builds, regression testing, monitoring, and release pipelines
- Experience in automation, including Ansible or Ansible Automation Platform
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with operating systems such as RHEL and Windows
- Experience with virtualization, including VM ware
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM
Nice If You Have:
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
- Experience with application containerization
- Experience modeling network configurations in JSON or YAML
- Experience with network automation using Python or Ansible
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in STEM
Clearance:

Secret clearance is required.
