Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and deploy laptops for employees, including imaging, software installation, and account setup
- Set up new hire accounts and ensure proper access to systems and applications
- Troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate warranty service for laptops and IT equipment
- Set up and support IT infrastructure at job sites (connectivity, devices, and basic troubleshooting)
- Travel to remote and satellite offices to ensure consistent IT operations and provide onsite technical support
- Remote and satellite office travel will primarily be San Diego and Orange County, with occasional travel to Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and other surrounding areas, depending on job site
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, including hardware, software, and user support issues
- Order, track, and maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
- Assist with phone system support and device setup
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and relocation of IT equipment as needed
- Maintain documentation and tracking of equipment, setups, and site configurations
