Pay Rate: $35.00/hr. – $40.00/hr.
Position SummaryThe Service Portfolio Analyst serves as the primary reviewer of customer service contract terms, redlines, service level agreements (SLAs), warranties, and support obligations. This role works closely with:
Contracts, Service Operations, Technical Support, Field Service Teams. The analyst evaluates customer requests, assesses operational and contractual risk, recommends compliant alternatives, and determines product eligibility for support contract renewals.
- Review email requests and Salesforce cases.
- Evaluate customer contract redlines.
- Analyze service terms, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations.
- Respond to customer requests with compliant business solutions.
- Maintain contract redline response repositories.
- Review product configurations and service eligibility.
- Validate serial numbers.
- Validate product lifecycle status.
- Validate supportability of customer equipment.
- Identify end-of-support products.
- Identify non-standard configurations.
- Identify third‑party devices.
- Recommend replacement options.
- Recommend time & material support.
- Recommend service exceptions.
- Prepare recommendations for quoting and entitlement setup.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Review customer contract redlines.
- Interpret contractual risk.
- Develop compliant responses.
- Support contract negotiations related to service obligations.
- Review products for contract renewal eligibility.
- Assess technical compatibility with support offerings.
- Analyze lifecycle and supportability risks.
- Validate product configurations.
- Partner with:
Contracts, Technical Support, Field Service, Quoting Teams. - Provide recommendations for service delivery and contract execution.
- Utilize SAP for product and contract review.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Contracting, Contract Administration, Service & Support Operations, or Customer Contract Review.
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint.
