Education:

• Masters Degreein Computer Science and /or Business Managementwithanemphasison Computer Sciences .(Managerial/professionalworkexperiencemaybesubstitutedforanadvanceddegree.)
• Formal education,certificateprogramsencompassing

  Practices,Personnel Management,ITProject
  
  Planning,and Quality Assurance Practices .

Experience:

Minimumof
10yearsofinformationtechnologyand/orsoftwareengineeringexperience.

Fifteenormorearepreferred.
7yearsofmanagementexperience.

This is a full-time, in-office role located at our San Diego headquarters: 16067 Babcock Street, San Diego, CA 92127

The expected hiring range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and other company-sponsored programs.
