Oracle IT Business Analyst

Seeking an Oracle IT Business Analyst to support a global Oracle EBS environment and serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This techno-functional role will focus on solution design, business process improvement, application support, development, and lifecycle management across Oracle EBS and integrated cloud platforms.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design enterprise solutions
• Document business processes, functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS application issues in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Perform development, configuration, and support activities across Oracle EBS and related technologies including PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, OIC, Apex, and ISG
• Coordinate software releases, enhancements, upgrades, and system lifecycle activities
• Support reporting, data analysis, and transaction issue resolution for operational teams
• Provide support during month-end close and other critical business cycles
• Ensure compliance with application security, data governance, and access control requirements
  
  Manage third-party partners and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support manufacturing, finance, logistics, inventory, and supply chain business processes across global operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS consulting, implementation, business analysis, or application support experience
• Strong experience supporting global, multi-organization Oracle environments preferred
• Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Receive (S2R), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Experience supporting manufacturing, finance, logistics, inventory, field service, and supply chain modules
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Experience with Oracle technologies including BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, Workflow, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Apex, and ISG
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall development environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA, with a hybrid schedule
