Website Designer/Developer

KWSM is a full‑service digital marketing agency based in San Diego, CA. We specialize in digital marketing strategy, website development & SEO, content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies that generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C.

We are looking for a front‑end designer/developer to create new websites and refresh existing websites for our clients. You will collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategists, Copywriters, and SEO Specialists to build cohesive online presences that drive traffic and generate results.

• Possess excellent design skills.
• Be familiar and experienced with Word Press & Shopify development, and Google web tools.
• Have a thorough understanding of website hosting management and DNS settings.
• Work efficiently and be able to juggle several projects at once.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines without fail.
• Cultivate an understanding of digital lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
• Understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Care deeply about creating work that delivers results.
• Listen to client goals and ideas, and create websites that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure websites and digital channels work together.

• 9/80 work schedule – every other Friday off and three‑day weekends every other week.
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
