Overview
Lead rollout of YuJa Panorama to help faculty ensure course content meets ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA standards ahead of the April 2027 DOJ mandate.
Run faculty training programs (group + 1:1), create training materials (slides, documentation), and help instructors remediate content (PDFs, contrast, screen reader accessibility, etc.).
Act as main escalation point for accessibility issues—supporting a ticketing workflow where 4 student workers handle front-line remediation and escalate more complex cases.
Coordinate (not directly manage) student workers, ensuring workflows are running smoothly and faculty are getting timely support.
Track adoption and compliance using Panorama reporting, define key metrics, and provide updates to ITS leadership.
