JOB SUMMARY
The Physician portal sales specialist will be responsible for daily oversight and management of the Virtuox Provider Portal, as well as assisting the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams in related tasks. The Physician portal sales specialist maintains good public relations, provides customer service, and technical support to all user accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as a client liaison between Virtuox, Providers, and DMEs
- Process Portal Registration requests – enrolling new Organizations and users, providing access to the VTX Provider Portal.
- Serve as a point of contact for Virtuox clients and internal teams via phone and email.
- Review, validate and process orders in Virtuox submitted via the Portal.
- Process, place and track consignment inventory orders for fulfillment.
- Manage and maintain consignment inventory levels for organizations.
- Run reports and analyze organizational statistics to ensure account performance is properly configured.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to all users.
- Perform day-to-day support and monitor performance, ensuring that the VTX Provider Portal runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Calculate and report weekly/monthly statistics as required by management.
- Work with internal and external partners to analyze and identify needs for enhancements, upgrades, or solutions to improve overall support of the platform.
- Escalate application problems to developers through Help Desk.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Become an expert in Virtuox platform with a complex understanding of HST and DME involvement.

- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed.
- Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 3 years of customer portal experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
