Job DescriptionLooking for experienced Technical Account Managers to support Android XR Early Access Program (AI Glasses). The TAM will act as the primary technical contact for external partners, supporting app development using Android Studio and prototype XR hardware
, and driving issue triage and partner success.
- Primary technical POC for assigned XR EAP partners
- Lead bi‑weekly technical syncs and manage partner communications
- Level‑1 technical triage for SDK / prototype hardware issues
- Perform root‑cause analysis (RCA) and elevate to Eng/Dev Rel as needed
- Maintain collaboration docs, trackers, and bi‑weekly status updates
- Support developers through early‑access / beta platform challenges
- Strong hands‑on experience with Android Studio
- Solid understanding of Android mobile / XR app lifecycle
- Experience with issue tracking tools (Buganizer or Jira)
- Prior role in Technical Support, QA, Developer Relations, or Partner Engineering
- Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills
- XR / AR / VR / Wearables exposure
- Experience supporting early access, beta, or prototype programs
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500, depending on geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
